SMS Terms of Service

Use of the RabbitRun Technologies Inc. (“RabbitRun”) text message-based services (the “Service”) is subject to the following Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legal agreement (the “Agreement”). Please read them carefully.

1. RabbitRun will send One Time Pin (“OTP”) messages upon first login and subsequent logins if Multifactor Authentication (“MFA”) is enabled. OTP messages may also be sent for account transactions requiring additional security (i.e. password reset).

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just disable the MFA under Security in your profile.

3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can get help directly at support@rabbit.run or our direct support number 1 (727) 390-3390.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messaging outside of US and Canada are not guaranteed.

5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you and RabbitRun is not liable for the cost of any such messages. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
